Exchange Policy – Vega Stationers

At Vega Stationers, we value your satisfaction. However, we do not offer an exchange policy unless the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or broken.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

How to Request an Exchange:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@vegastationers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Delivery Charges:

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

  • Items returned without valid damage or defect will not be accepted for exchange.


Note: We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, color/size preferences, or personal dislikes. Thank you for your understanding.
