Exchange Policy – Vega Stationers
At Vega Stationers, we value your satisfaction. However, we do not offer an exchange policy unless the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or broken.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
How to Request an Exchange:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Delivery Charges:

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Items returned without valid damage or defect will not be accepted for exchange.
